Preparing For Your Franchise Future

For years I’ve heard (and believed) the saying, “If you keep on doing what you’ve always done, you’ll have more of what you’ve got.”

Often this was found in a self-help book talking about my career or my selling skills. It makes sense–I bought into it–and adjusted my sails to reach new goals.

But today, near the end of the first decade in this young century, things are moving at a much different pace. Changes happen rapidly–often over night–and “if you keep on doing what you’re doing” someone or something will change and your actions won’t result in the same rewards as was the case just a few months ago.

I’m sure you’ve seen it in your community, in the economy and on your job. What are you doing differently to make sure you don’t get passed by or, worse yet, run over? More reading? More education? Taking a second job? Becoming an apprentice after work?
